If you forget your password, go to the Login screen and click the Forgot Password? link. Enter your registered email address, click on the “forgot password” link and we will send you a password recovery PIN to help you reset your password.

A single premium subscription plan is available either on a monthly subscription basis or a yearly basis. The yearly subscription usually saves about 45% or more.

To purchase a subscription:

  1. Open the app and go to the More tab  then click Upgrade to Premium section.
  2. Select the plan that suits you.
  3. Complete the purchase using our secure payment system.
  4. Once the purchase is complete, you will have access to premium content.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to the More Tab  and then  Manage Subscription  section of the app, and follow the instructions to cancel. Once canceled, you will retain access to premium content until the end of your billing period.

  3. Save your changes.

To log out:

  1. Go to the More section in the app.
  2. Scroll down and click the Sign Out button.
  3. You will be logged out, and your session will be ended on all other devices.

  • Restart the app and try again.
  • Ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
  • Clear the app cache (on Android) or reinstall the app if the issue persists.
