Playback, Quizzes, and Scoring
Understand media playback, quiz-led scenarios, penalties, passing scores, and retakes.
How playback works
Scenarios use real audio or video. Start playback when you are ready to listen actively. If a scenario requires media completion, answer choices may stay hidden until the clip finishes.
Penalties during playback
Some scenarios apply penalties when you pause, rewind, or exit after playback starts. Forward seeking is available without a penalty. The penalty panel shows the current status when a scenario uses this rule.
Quiz-led scenarios
In quiz-led scenarios, the question flow controls the practice sequence. You may see a question, play the required media, and then answer after the media requirement is met.
Scores and retakes
Your score reflects quiz performance and any session rules that apply to that scenario. If a scenario allows retakes, use them for deliberate practice rather than guessing through the same answers quickly.
When progress records
Progress records after completed quiz work. Leaving a session early may keep it in progress instead of counting it as completed.
