Subscription and Billing

Manage web premium access, subscription status, billing sync, and plan changes.

Premium access on web

Premium access unlocks additional web app capabilities such as expanded practice and advanced reporting. Open Subscriptions from the web app user menu to review current status.

Billing status

If a payment completed but access has not appeared yet, refresh the web app and check Subscriptions again. Billing systems can take a short moment to sync status after checkout.

Mobile and web access

Use the same Glisn account across mobile and web. If you believe your access is attached to a different email address, contact support from the authenticated web app.

Cancel or change a plan

Manage available plan actions from the Subscriptions page. If an action is unavailable or the status looks wrong, open a support request and include the email on your Glisn account.
