Sign In and Account Access
Fix sign-in issues, understand web sessions, and update your account details.
Sign in to the web app
Use the email connected to your Glisn account at app.glisn.net/sign-in. If you created your account on mobile, use the same email address on web.
If your password does not work
Use the password reset option from the sign-in page. For accounts originally created through social sign-in or mobile flows, resetting a password is often the fastest way to enable web access.
Sessions and cookies
The web app uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. The public WordPress site uses a separate display-only cookie to show account-aware navigation, such as Dashboard instead of Sign in. This display cookie does not contain authentication tokens.
Account details
After signing in, open Account from the user menu to review profile details and password options. If something looks wrong or you cannot access your account, open Contact support from the web app.
