Troubleshooting the Web App

Resolve loading, playback, browser, audio, cookie, and access issues in the web app.

First checks

If the web app is not behaving as expected, start with a hard refresh, confirm you are signed in, and try the same page in a current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.

Playback issues

  • Check that your browser tab is not muted.
  • Confirm the device output is set to the speakers or headphones you expect.
  • Disable aggressive content blockers for app.glisn.net if media does not load.

Sign-in loops

Sign-in loops are usually caused by blocked cookies, stale browser state, or switching between accounts. Allow cookies for app.glisn.net, sign out, then sign in again.

Missing dashboard state

If you are signed in but the public site still shows Sign in, visit the web app dashboard once, then reload the public page. The app refreshes the display-only bridge cookie while you browse.

Open Contact support from the web app and include your browser, the page URL, what you expected, and what happened instead.
