If you forget your password, go to the Login screen and click the Forgot Password? link. Enter your registered email address, click on the “forgot password” link and we will send you a password recovery PIN to help you reset your password.
A single premium subscription plan is available either on a monthly subscription basis or a yearly basis. The yearly subscription usually saves about 45% or more.
To purchase a subscription:
- Open the app and go to the More tab then click Upgrade to Premium section.
- Select the plan that suits you.
- Complete the purchase using our secure payment system.
- Once the purchase is complete, you will have access to premium content.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to the More Tab and then Manage Subscription section of the app, and follow the instructions to cancel. Once canceled, you will retain access to premium content until the end of your billing period.
The app offers a wide range of multimedia content, including audio and video clips, covering various themes and topics. Premium subscribers gain access to exclusive content that isn’t available to free users.
Certain content is reserved for premium users. If you are unable to access specific media, it’s likely part of our premium content library. To access it, subscribe to one of our premium plans.
Currently, the app is available on android and ios (mobile).

- Ensure that you have a stable internet connection.
- Make sure your payment method is valid and up-to-date.
- If the issue persists, restart the app and try again.
- Contact our support team if you continue to experience issues.

- Navigate to the More tab -> Contact Us section in the app.
- Send an email to report the issue, and include as much detail as possible (e.g., screenshots, error messages).
- Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
We do not store any payment information directly. All payments are securely processed via RevenueCat and their payment partners (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store), ensuring that your financial data is handled with the highest level of security.
To update your profile or account information:
- Go to the More then Account section of the app.
- Edit your personal details such as email, date of birth or change your password.
- Save your changes.
To log out:
- Go to the More section in the app.
- Scroll down and click the Sign Out button.
- You will be logged out, and your session will be ended on all other devices.
If the app crashes:
- Restart the app and try again.
- Ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
- Clear the app cache (on Android) or reinstall the app if the issue persists.
- If the problem continues, report the crash using the Contact Us feature in the app.
