We Are Hiring: Production & Talent
We are actively looking for creative and performance professionals to help us produce original training content. If you are passionate about storytelling, performance, or audio-visual production — and want your work to help people listen, focus, and connect better — we want to hear from you.
Open Roles
- On-Camera Talent / Actor — Portray realistic workplace and interpersonal scenarios for Glisn’s listening exercises. Experience in commercial, corporate, or theatrical performance welcome.
- Voice Actor — Record narration, dialogue, and scenario audio for training modules. Range across tones and registers is a plus.
- Video Producer / Director — Own the end-to-end production of short-form scenario videos. Experience with documentary-style or branded content preferred.
- Audio Producer / Sound Designer — Record, edit, and mix dialogue-heavy audio for listening exercises. Studio experience required.
- Script Writer / Scenario Designer — Write realistic, nuanced scripts for workplace, customer service, and interpersonal scenarios. Psychology or communications background a plus.
